I am commuting the sentences of 37 individuals on federal death row to life sentences without the possibility of parole. This action is consistent with my Administration's moratorium on federal executions, except for cases involving terrorism and hate-motivated mass murder.
저는 연방 사형수 37명의 형을 가석방 없는 종신형으로 감형합니다. 이러한 조치는 테러 및 증오에 의한 대량 살인 사건을 제외하고 연방 사형 집행에 대한 우리 행정부의 동결 조치와 뜻을 같이 하는 것입니다.
